Schedule and routes
When do the trips depart?
Daily, in both directions: from Moldova to Germany and from Germany to Moldova
What time do you depart / arrive?
We depart daily at noon, from Moldova and from Germany. The exact time is confirmed at booking.
Where exactly do you pick me up?
We pick you up at your address and drop you off at your destination — it's included in the ticket
Do you pick me up and drop me off at my address?
Yes, both — included in the 150 € ticket. Parcels too: door to door.
Booking and payment
How do I book?
Phone, Viber or WhatsApp. We confirm the booking by phone.
How do I pay?
Payment in cash, directly to the driver
How early should I book?
We recommend 3–4 days ahead — seats are limited
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Call us as early as possible and we'll change or cancel the booking.
Baggage and documents
How much baggage can I take?
50 kg are included in the ticket price
What documents do I need?

Can I travel with a pet?

Parcels
How much does a parcel cost?
1,5 €/kg — the price is confirmed before pickup
Do you carry chilled parcels?
For chilled parcels, call us to check availability
What am I not allowed to send?
We do not carry money, valuables or dangerous goods
How do I pack a parcel?
In a sturdy box, with the recipient's name and phone number written on it
On the coach
What amenities does the coach have? (Wi-Fi, outlets)
Amenities vary by trip — check at booking what's available on your route
Are there stops along the way?
Yes, planned stops every 3–4 hours
How long is the trip?
Between 24 and 35 hours, depending on the destination: about 24 hours to the German border and up to ~10 hours across Germany to your city
